Jelaković & Partners law firm has contributed to the latest edition of the international publication The Legal Industry Reviews: Croatia, published in October 2026 for domestic and international business readers.
In the Banking & Finance section, partner Krešimir Jelaković authored the article Financing Croatian SMEs Beyond the Bank Loan, which explores alternative sources of financing for Croatian companies. The article examines corporate bond issuance as an independent route to capital, the growing trend of banks financing small and medium-sized enterprises through bonds rather than traditional loans, and the financing of limited liability companies by selling a portion of shares to a large number of new members organised within a single SPV.
